OCI moving back to India...dog...automobile...duty exemptions

We are married OCI holders and are planning to move back to India. We want to bring our beloved dog. Anyone one with experience willing to advise? also want to bring our 2012 Jeep Wrangler (left-hand drive). We understand that we are allowed an exemption for duty on the jeep. Please help.
