Hi,
I'm in US with L1-B (Blanket) visa from April-8th-2005 and i will be going to back to India in May-1st-2006. So i have stayed in US for about 261 days in 2005 and going to stay about 120 days in 2006.
My employeer has deducted tax from my salary everymonth for 2005 and it is continuing in 2006. Can i reimburse the tax i paid for the year 2006 after going back to India?
I dint get the direct answer in IRS website, pls help.
