Going Back to India - Aug 2016 - US Born Child + US Passport + PIO

Hi

My daughter is US born with US Passport + PIO card. I am returning back to India for once for all in Aug 2016. I know this have changed in recent past so need help.

(a) Do I need to take my daughter to any office after 180 days.
(b) Do I need to renew her PIO after 15 years.
(c) I understand US born + US Passport + PIO Card she needs to study in NRI fees. Is there any other legal options.
(d) Things I need to take care of for my child before we leave US.

You will need to convert her to OCI. OCI kids in India have very important restrictions

1) They cannot compete for sports at state level or national level whihc to kids which are good sportsman is an issue.
2) They always have to go trhough NRI quota..
