As, I had mentioned in my previous post. I am planning to move back to India. I have the OCI card for almost 8 years now. I want to get back my Indian Citizenship and renounce my US Citizenship in India. What will happen when I go to renounce my US Citizenship in India since I have a child support obligation here in the USA? Any thoughts?
I love my child, but I want to move away from my ex since I do not have family support here and she has lots of family. I want to be with my family back in India so that I can at least get over this divorce and depression. I need to be a normal person again. Please help.
