Can anyone let me know whether it is possible to get a driving licence in India with OCI? I don't have a driving licence earlier, so I would need to get learners' permit first and then actually go through the entire process of learning to drive etc. and passing the final test, but I wondered whether this would be possible. Also my OCI has still Finnish address in it, do I need to change it to be eligible for driving licence?
