    Please help with PAN question and 10F form

    A US firm (partnership) representing a client in India - in order to receive payment from client in India was asked to fill out form 10F. I’m that form it asks to provide PAN # if alloted. Does the firm need to apply for one? The firm doesn’t have any offices in India.
