E-Visa to OCI or Entry visa after arriving in India
Hi Friends ,
Our daughter is USA born, 4 months old and we got her passport today.
I am on h1b visa USA and my visa is getting expired(240 days) in couple of weeks. Due to less time, can I apply e-Visa for my daughter from USA and I can change or apply to OCI OR VISITOR VISA after reaching India.
If not possible then please tell me what options I have with limited time crunch.
Please help me.
