Back to India without valid US Visa

Hi,

My wife will be travelling to India with visa expired as my L1 petition is pending with USCIS.

I have the following questions:

1- Can she travel with her expired visa through Amsterdam without any issues? Because, we will not have any document supporing our petition pending status as USCIS is taking couple of months to return back on petition extensions?

2 - After landing in India, will she face any questions from India immigration team?
