Applying for a home loan!

Hi everybody, I am going to apply for a home loan and in this regard would like to get the necessary advices on that. I have taken care of all the loan requirements and I think that all are in place. But, as a pre-check, I would like to know what requirements you would consider as liable for this purpose.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

- Choose a home that you want and sign the purchase agreement.
- Request for an assessment of the state of Virginia. (Usually by the lender.) Call your nearest office to assist victims to obtain information about the "speed up" telephone appraisal system.
