social security benefits for citizens living abroad

my aunt became an american citizen thru naturalization and has been receiving social security benefits since she became 65 years old . she never worked in the US. she has been living there for 15 years.
now she wants to go live abroad. I heard it is ok for her to continue receiving just the social security abraod. she is not receiving SSI or anything else.
