My husband and I are Indian citizens and my daughter was born in USA in 2008. She is currently in India with her grand parents. she has her USA passport and PIO card. Its been 5 months since she is in India and we may now have to extend her visit there. Do we have to get her registered with FRO office? What is the fee and where should we get her registered in Hyderabad, AP, India? Is there any paperwork to take along?
I am trying to find answers to the above but nothing is clear. It is really a big reason to worry since we are here and my daughter is in India. I hope you will understand and will reply positively at your earliest.
