R2I for a new Job Offer!!!

Dear All,

I am staying in USA for the past 5 years and working for xxx Indian company on L1A visa. I am planning to go back to India soon for good. I started applying for jobs from here and I have an offer from Indian Zensar company in Pune.
I am having 9.5 yrs of experience on datawarehousing/ETL in IT field in One company.I am having still 2yrs of valid US Visa and my questions are

1) How much salary we can demand being at onsite?
2) Is it the good time to change now as am stuck with this company for the past 9.5 yrs?
3) Or do I need to wait for somemore time when the market is good I can try for a change?
4) Zensar is a good company? How abt salary/projects/onsite opportunities?

Please share your experience and appreciate your advice
