Carrying gold and silver Bullion to India

Hi,
I have just become a naturalized US Citizen and will be carrying numbered Gold and Silver Bars. I know I have to pay customs duty at the airport but I want to know the amount for 1kg of gold and 1kg of silver. The Customs website that I went to mentioned about a returning Indian Resident and that caused some confusion. Since I am a natuaralized US Citizen now, I want to know what is applicable to me.

You are NOT returning resident as you are not resident of India.

You are NOT transfering your residence to India either after your stay abroad. That is not applicable to anyway because you are not Indian citizen.

You are "tourist" to India and that is applicable to you.
