I have been instructed by FRRO Bangalore to go to MHA in New Delhi for converting my US born minor daughter's( 8 months old) Visa from Tourist to Enty( X type).
Can you please advise me if I need to take my minor daughter also to New Delhi ? Also can you please advise the documents I need to carry and fees to be paid in MHA ?
