Hi,
I am an H-1B worker from India.
I have been on bench from June2009, [almost 8 months].
My employer didn't arrange a interview.
I regularly attended office but I am not included in payroll.
In my offer letter project and current project in company is different.
According to the new H-IB ruling they hold me In India.
My company is not providing me bench salary for this period.
How I can get my salary.
I need some suggestion regarding how to approach my company, asking for my pay. how to go about it?
How I can take next step? For employment and salary
