Hello, My grandmother came to USA, as immigrant in Dec 09. Now she wants to go back to India next month or so. My question is that she haven't received her welcome letter or green card from Dec 09 when she arrived here. What documents she will need to go back to India. And do I have to inform or fill out any forms before she goes back there? Once again Thanks.
