Apply B2 for Parents from India

Hi Friends,

I stayed in US from Feb -'09 to Jan -'10. I am again travelling on April . I would like to know whether I can apply Visitor's visa for my parents from India.If so, Please help in the process of applying for the same.

They need to apply themselves. You can not apply on their behalf.
