To apply for an OCI card for children who are US citizens, is their a requirement around the parent having a valid US visa stamped? If yes, what if the parents’ H1B visa is going to expire in 3 months but the H1B extension has been granted till 2023? Any issues with applying for the OCI for the children right now?
