I came to US on B1 and went back to India. When I came to US for the second time on B1, I changed my status from B1 to F-1 by applying in a School. I have been in US since 3 years and now I have plans visiting India by this year end. I am purusing M.S in CS from a reputed college and also doing Internship on CPT and getting a good pay.
when I visit India, I need to go to embassy in India to get my visa stamped (F-1). I would like to know what are chances of rejectection of my F-1 visa.
Please let me know any information in this matter. Can any one share their similar experience in this matter. Thanks. in advance.
