Bank accounts after H1B expires

I travelled to India on vacation this April 2010 and applied for visa stamping. It has been 6 months now, there is no luck to get visa stamping due to 221(g) administrative process.

As such, it would help if anyone share the information whether I can keep my saving account with Banks in U.S. after H1B expiry? Thanks in advance.

You can have the bank accounts open. However, they may need you to fill out W8-BEN forms. Check with them.
