Namaste and Nihao!
I am an Indian-American US citizen, and my wife is a Chinese citizen with a green card. Can I add her on my OCI application? The Indian consulate website says that citizens of any country that allows "some form of" dual citizenship can apply (except unfortunate souls from Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Nepal who are free to cross the border and apply for a ration card, of course). The Chinese government does not allow dual citizenship but since OCI is not full citizenship, there might be a glimmer of hope for us. Does anyone know?
Thanks in advance!

PS: Shout-out to any other Chindian couples that might be out there.
