Foreigner Registration for US born baby

Dear All,
Please share your experiences.

My baby born in USA and we have got her US Visa and PIO card.
DO I need to register my baby at FR office / Police station. At FR site there is it is mentioned that Children below 16 yrs are not required any registration.

Pl. let me know what to do as her 6 months stay will be completed by this weekend.

Foreigner Registration for US born baby

Its NOT required to register kids upto 14 years of age. I have mail from FRRO Head Office in Delhi.
To be sure I went there in person and got the assurance.
