Im applying for permanent residency, do i need to get a lawyer or is it possible to do it yourself. I have all the information and meet the required points. The one problem is that i am currently out of status in US will that affect the result, or will the canadian immigration take it as a separate case. If anyone knows anything in a case like this would appreciate some suggestions.
