My husband is a Canadian Citizen that holds a US Greencard. We are traveling to Canada in Sept. His passport expired earlier this year and we submitted the documents for a new passport from Canada. They sent it back one time because they did not like the pictures that were submitted. We submitted new pictures but I am worried that we will not get the passport back in time for our trip to Canada next month. Can he enter Canada and re-enter the US with only his greencard and photo ID?
