Canada work visa approval in the US.

I am currently in US on B2 visa
a Canadian company is willing to give me job
with HRDC approval .I have 5 year multiple entry visa for canada also and been to canada couple of times.I am an Indian Citizen
is it possible if I can get Work Visa from any canadian
Emabssy in US after getting HRDC approval instead of going back to india.
kindly suggest.
