USA refugee travel document but no green card

I am an asylee. I have a USA refugee travel document and I live in USA. I haven't issued yet a green card.
The company I worked for in USA wants me to go for business to Mexico. Am i required to have a VISA on my USA refugee travel document? or this document is enough for me to go to Mexico without a VISA?

Note: I will stay in Mexico just a couple of days.
