DS 160 Application - US Visa Stamping in Canada

Hi,
I am filling DS 160 for US stamping in Canada. At end of the application when i tried to upload the photo, i get this error message "ComputeOverall failed with error code: License Error, license eithe incorrect or expired".
Has anyone encounter this error before?

I am not able to submit my application DS 160.
Can you please suggest me?

Which browser? Try IE.
