I am an Indian citizen living in the US with a valid H1B visa. I am planning to vacation in Mexico for 2 weeks at a resort this upcoming December. Will I need to apply for a tourist visa?
Specifically this sentence: "In attention to the high number of inquiries we have received, we would like to inform you that there have been no changes regarding the policy that U.S. citizens or foreign-born nationals who are US lawful permanent residents or have a valid nonimmigrant US visa do not need a visa to visit Mexico for tourism or other unpaid activities."
What do you guys think?
