refusal

hello every one,


my name is santosh,i recently appeared for a h1b visa interview on 21of sep,

i was told by the officer that one of my document is ****,and he started scaring me to tell the truth but i was confident and told that is original one.


he was keep on arguing me for about 40 min at chennai consulate i told him to verify my case ,he said i cant do it ,he is very confidently saying that its **** without listening my explanation at all....


even he is not ina position to listen me and verify my doc ,he himself told that (shouting) iam closing ur case and sending my pettion to uscis back and gave a letter that the vo is not clear with the docs and no longer the case wont be in chennai office and also written that my file will be send back to uscis,i dont know why he refused no proper reason really a bull ****.

and finally stamped on my pp 221(g) and aslo something like ashmark written to the next of 221(G) and also stamped as appln recieved..

wat it mean
can i request again uscis to sendd my pettion..

how to approach.

pllz some one help me
