I had applied for immigration from Hong Kong, while I was in Pakistan. Then I came to the US.
My Canadian immigration was approved this year, and they wanted me to come to Hong Kong to stamp the visa on passport. I had planned to go to HK, but unfortunately was not able to collect my visa in time, and the date expired.
Now they say that I would have to apply again.
Is there any other way that I could still get the visa stamped while in the US? I can easily go to Canada from here.
Can anyone please advice me?
I am willing to go to a lawyer to resolve this problem. Please do advice me some good immigration lawyer in Connecticut area.
