i am planning to apply for canadian immigration at new delhi consulate next month. do we need to submit proof of settlement fund and pcc along with application ? is it possible to submit both of above documents at latter stage of visa processing?

Funds are needed for your survival when you arrive
You have to inform amount of money brought when you land in Canada. This amount is entered in their database.
It may take between 6 months to 12 months to get a job when you come. You may need $ 1200 a month for single person and about $ 1800 for a family till then if you donot have a relative to stay with.
