I am currently in the US in L-1A status. I have been offered a part-time, temporary management consulting contract with a US company to advise on their operations. I have a bachelors degree, graduate work and 10+ years of experience as a management consultant so I believe that a TN-Management Consultant visa would apply. My plan is to do the contract during my vacation.
I am not looking to leave my full-time job but would like to help out this company.
Can I get a TN visa but not lose or have to re-apply for the L-1A?
