hi my name is James. I am planning to migrate Canada through express entry with PR. My problem is with the birth certificate because i am not having it. my birth date is 30th may of 1984. but my passport, educational certificates and all other documents holds 30th may of 1985. Is there any problem with that. Can i issue a declaration letter from my parents and solve this issue? Please advise me.... Thank you....
