Hello,
My wife is a Canadian citizen. She works in NY and she recently received H1B approval.
I know she does't need to go to US consulate in canada for H1B stamping. She can just go to Canada border and get it done.
But my question is, if she plans to visit India, does she need to go to US consulate there to get H1B stamped? Or can she just fly back to USA and at port of entry she will get appropriate stamp?
