Processing Times

Wuld anyone know as to what are the tentative processing times currently at Buffalo?

If someone got the initial assessment of late or the PR of late, pls give me your valuable inputs to alleviate my anxiety.

Why is no one posting any comments on this bulletin board?

I have applied for Canada PR on 3rd August 2001, and received my Mediacals on 12th June 2002. I completed medicals and send it on 2nd July 2002. Waiting for PR....

Canadian Permanent Residency

I applied for canadian RP oct last year. Got the medical
this oct. I got the interview wavier. I am processing through the consultancy. They say it takes 3/4 months after medial to get landing paper. I am still curious how much time we have after we get the landing paper?

You have 1 year to land from MEdical exam done.

You will have 1 year remaining to land in Canada since the day you clear medical exam. If, from the date of interview, less than 90 days are left (from 1 year passed to Medical), in that case Interviewer can tell you to do medical again. Normally, if you want to land in Canada not in hurry, then tell officer, I want to delay my landing. Then Officer will tell you to do medical again.

By the way, you or your spouse, whoever's medical exam date passes 1 year first, that date will be consdiered to land in Canada landing deadline date.
