immigration to canada from USA

Hi all friends
looking for some advice

i am working on an L1 visa in USA. i have been to canada twice and liked canada and would like to consider to move there

are there any easy immigration options for qualified executives in USA to move to canada

also, I setup a new office in USA, is there any option to setup an office in Toronto for our work purposes and move on that basis
