All, I and my wife have got a email from CIC to send passport for verification. I am the representative and had applied together online for Visitor visas. I have the below questions:
1) can we send passports in one envelope? can we enclose only 1 prepaid return envelope for both passports?
2) How much service charges needs to be paid for Passport delivery service? Is it 28.35 for each or total for both of us? If it is 28.35 for each do we need 2 seperate cheques?
3) Also, the cheque(s) need to be sent to
Payments for Visa Application Centre in New York:
CSC Consular Services Inc
Lockbox 3352
PO Box 8500
Philadelphia, PA 19178-3352
and must send a copy of the payment to VAC. So my understnding is to send the copy of receipts (of Cheques) to VAC, am I correct?
5) It asks to send VAC consent forms along wiht passport? So do I need to have 2 consent forms - one for myself and one for my wife? Orkjust 1 is fine as I am the family representative.
