I'm currently working in India and I'm planning to immigrate to Canada. My compnany has an office in Canada. Can I then apply for Work Permit and get transferred to mu company's Canada Branch? I'm just 3 months old in my company and hence I guess inter company transfer won't work. Can a normal Work Permit visa be applied with the help of my company? Are they any restrictions that we need to take care of?

To get the transfer to Canada, you must have the support of your company. But I don't think 3 months of experience is enough to make that. Do you know someone there in Canada like your friends or relatives? Then you can try for a work permit with the help of them.
