Hi,
I am 'a member of the humanitarian-protected persons abroad designated class'from the Netherlands, will move to Canada soon.
Since i am a refugee,my country of origin does't give any assistance of getting passport and any other official documents, so I don't have any paper at the moment.
Can I come back to the Netherlands after landed in Canada? Because I still have to take some exams at the university in the Netherlands.
