Anyone could you please help me on this?
My initial petition was got through lottery for client A and the petition validity was given Nov 2016. So i went to stamping and got the Visa validity till Nov 2016.
But I didn't travel for the Client A which I was done the stamping, later July 2016 the H1 Amendment along with Extension was applied for me for the Client B. (Same employer)
I traveled to Client B Location with Receipt notice, My I-94 validity was given for the same date mentioned in the Visa (Nov 2016). After reaching USA, I received my new petition which was filed when I was in India with I-797B without I-94 .
Now My employer asking me to go Mexico before my Visa and I-94 expire, while coming back show the new petition at the POE and extend my I-94 validity based up on new petition validity.
Have anyone faced similar kind of situation. Please share your experiences and if there is any issue in going to Mexico/
