hi ,
I am on H1B in US and my husband is in INDIA.We have applied for Canadian Immigration in NOV 05 and I may have to return to INDIA though I have valid H1B visa till 2008. My question is that if I am still with same employer and in INDIA on vaccation taking a long break of 1 year will this effect my immigration?
How much time usually it takes and what exactly is the process.
I already gave my IELTS,Police Clearance etc.All neccesay docmentation is taken care.
