this is the first time i am visiting this sitee, thanks to the site organsiers, i hope that i will get answers to all of my queries.
1. my wife is having a son from previous relationship and son is not staying with her, he is legally underthe custody of my wife but he is stying with her parents. he was included in the application and he got the visa but now he is refusing to come to canada, in such case if he dont come to canada along with us or afterwards is there any trouble for us in canada in becoming pr's or in any other thing.
2. at present my wife is pregnant of 4 months old and reach fifth month with in a week, as the waiting time for ontario(where we are proposing to move) health cover is 3 months, so my wife may reach 8 months, if this is the case then whether she will get any medical aid or not till she get health card, if she get aid then what will be the cost of the aid? and whether can it be reimbursed from the govt. or not? is there any insurance cover which cover pregnancy expenses also?
another thing is that when we have to register for health cover after landing immediately or after receiving the PR carddd?
3. if my wife delivers in india it may be in september or october and then can she move without her child to canada? and meanwhile we will finishe immigration procedure for child, the visa expiry date is feb, 2007 the time we have for process the child application may be 4 months.is that period is enough suffice to complete the process form immigration department side.
4. can we both move to canada by leaving the child with our parents and then when the child gets the procedure finsihed we will call him back.
i am highly confused with the above questions, i request you all to respond at the earliest so that i can book and fly.
