7th Year Extension - Job loss - Transfer H1B
Hello friends,
Can anyone help me with a condition as described below :
1. Currently in 7th year
2. Visa Extension (I-797) got approved.
3. Labor for Greencard filed in Jan 2005 (Has been more than a year)
4. Now JOB is at stake ???
Question: Is it possible to transfer H1B Visa, if yes,, How and what shouldbe done ??
