Canada PR Process

Hi All,

I got my H1 last year and currently in US. My employer is in process to file my GC (it will be in EB2) but by looking to the current trend for India; I may not receive it for next 10-15 years.

I am planning to explore Canada PR route. I checked my points in express entry and currently i am having ~385 (current cutoff in 441).

Can someone please confirm, will i be eligible for applying for PR in case i get a job offer from a Canadian organization or are there any specific rules to it.

Also if someone can suggest regarding the province nomination program and in which province should i apply to.
I have >12 years of industry experience and majority in Program management.

How did you calculate your points? Most people dont know that you can boost your points by simply increasing your IELTS score. Your score should be 7 or more in all the sections. You can start there.
