Process for mailing TRV Visa to Los Angeles Canadian Consulate

I need to send papers to Canadian Consulate for Temporary Resident Visa. I looked up their website but could not find the address to which it should be mailed and the method of mailing (USPS or Fedex etc)

Appreciate, if anyone who has done this before, provide some info on this.
