Is it possible to hold both documents at the same time. I am a US GC holder and want to apply for Canadian residency with a move to Canada once I get that. Do I have to cancel my US Green Card is I have Canadian residency ? It seems like holding both simultaneously would be contradictory ? Any help would be appreciated.
