Time after the Medical

Hello everyone,I applied under the skilled worker category to Canada in 2004 and underwent Medical in December 2nd 2005.We are now in June and have not heard anythıng since.If any one knows, this is the last step to get PR and Do I take an intervıew , by the way I also had an Job offer and has been approved by HRDC. İs this going to fastern my process?

I wıll a precıate ıf anyone can answer on all thıs qustıons for me.
