Hi,
Our daughter was born in US and me and wife both are Indians. We are moving to Canada on work permit in a couple of months. I have a question about my daughter who is US citizen:
1. Will she need a visa?
2. If not can she stay with us for as long as we have work permit without a visa?
I tried to find answers elsewhere but no luck. Appreciate if someone with knowledge could help. My immigration consultant told me that she will get a letter at POE which should be enough and no Visa needed. But I could not find that information anywhere else.
