Hi Guys,


I Am In The Last Stage To Get Pr. After The Interview Cic Wants My Fbi Clearance From Usa And Pcc From India.
For Pcc I Applied In The Indianconsulate,
And For The Fbi, I Applied 10 Weeks Ago Still I Am Waiting For The Fbi Report,
Anybody Knows How Long Its Going To Take.

I Am Eagerly Waiting For This Because My H1b Expires In Oct 2006(six Years) And My Medicals In Dec 2006.

Hey Sajeed! It took me 4 months to get my FBI clearance but I am not in the US at this time so i had to apply for it from my country of citizenship. you are already in the land of opportunity and I suggest that you make some serious inquiries as to why your clearance is taking so long and you are already rigth there in the US. You high level foreign workers are looked upon with great respect so I think that you will receive a favorable response from most any individual there so just go forth if you really want to get to canada cause as i see it you already have the higher educational requirements so you are practically in.

Depends !!

It depends on the Country and time frames which were under specifications.
But in US mine was sent from FBI from Virginia in 5 weeks and i got my PPR May 16th this year.
