how do i get pcc to apply for canada immigration

I am a Phd student in USA and do i need pcc from both India and USA and if so how do i get them from both countries. How long it takes to get them?

pcc for my son

Please let me know,how i can get a pcc of canada, for my son 18 yrs,a regular international student in canada,currently on vacation in india.According to RCMP rules it takes about 150 days,if I apply for the same from india,whereas,my updated papers have to be submitted within 120 days only,to the canadian immigation dept?
